Steve graduated in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from Spring Garden College. For a number of years, Steve worked in the commercial building industry as an estimator. Todd Pohlig is a Civil Engineer with over 30 years experience as a local builder of Custom Homes & Communities.  Combining significant local and state involvement in the environmental aspects of site development and his interest in pre-1940 Main Line architecture has led to an overwhelming acceptance of his ideas from both the existing community and the new home marketplace.  He received his B.S. in Civil Engineering at Villanova University in 1972 and is one of the Principals at Pohlig Builders of Malvern, PA.
